Atlas
Vice President Global Sales

ATLAS optimizes workflow processes, helping clients find their way to greater profitability.

When investing in business software, most organizations see the value in deploying "best-in-breed" solutions to address specific operational needs.  Best-in-breed tools, however, create data silos that can leave you blind to key information.

ATLAS bridges the gaps between these silos and eliminates your blind spots.  We integrate your existing investments to optimize financial, operational, and systematic workflows, giving you a comprehensive, up-to-the-minute view of your organization on one pane of glass.

ATLAS helps you find your way through the complex maze of business data to become more successful.

Key Features

ATLAS-MpS is an epiphany for the Managed Print Services (MPS) industry.  It is a simple-to-use, powerful, managed services [with print] mapping tool that easily plots print devices on a graphical interface for current state assessments, future state projections, ongoing operations and migration into other IT service areas beyond print.

ATLAS-MpS includes:
Easy-to-use mapping
Floor plan templates
Custom asset icons
Fleet dashboard
Assessment Logic
Multiple locations and floors
MPS integration
IT Asset Management (ITAM) integration

By breaking down the service delivery process into distinct layers, ATLAS-MpS offers integrated capabilities not found in any other managed services platform.  ATLAS-MpS accepts data inputs automatically, manually, or both and has a unique data association process that both normalizes and rationalizes device data with the client environment.  Then ATLAS-MpS' proprietary automated analytics convert the data into immediately actionable information and deliver it through three distinct, yet complementary, phases.

Sigmanet - MPS
Managed Print Services Practice Manager
10/2007 - 11/2011

--- Responsible for full P/L of the Managed Print Services Practice.

Direct management of operations, logistics, sales, marketing, service and infrastructure. Developed and implement MPS internal procedures.

Prior to assuming the role of Practice Manger, the division operated in the red for 36 months. With the help of some great people, we were able to build a team of MpS evangelists and our revenue soared.  We implemented solid infrastructure honing our cost control to the dollar; our GP and margin grew.

Within 90 days, the practice was generating positive revenue, profitable in 120 days, ending the 12 month period with 1.4 million in revenue, 48%GP, 17 % Net Income.

Our customers were happy again and we began to expand into net new opportunities.

The integration of MpS into the selling ecosystem of a typical VAR, let alone a 25 year old, $135M market leader, is not easy.

As a team, we sold our processes and commitment to customer services, to our team of BDMs.  We earned their trust and enhanced the entire value proposition.

We built partners out of our MpS infrastructure vendors and turned a challenge into an opportunity.

Greg has been a wonderful sounding board for ideas on strategy and understanding trends without the MPS arena. There are very few individuals who truly "get it", and Greg is certainly one of those.
