How Copier Reps Book the First Robot Appointment

Robotics is moving into the same buildings copier dealers already know.

Not someday. Now.

Offices, schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, hotels, campuses, light warehousing operations, and service-heavy customer environments are all looking for ways to reduce repetitive movement, improve workflow, and protect staff from work that drains time without adding much judgment.

That creates a real opening for the dealer channel. But there is a catch.

A robot sale does not begin with a product lecture. It begins with an appointment.

On Thursday, June 25, The Cricket Continuum will host How Copier Reps Book the First Robot Appointment, a Zoom webinar featuring Kate Kingston and the launch of Continuum Training, Powered by Kingston.

This session is built for copier dealers, office technology providers, MSPs, robotics partners, OEMs, affiliates, and sales leaders who see the robotics opportunity but need a practical way to start the customer conversation.

Kate Kingston will focus on the first sales move: how to get a customer to agree to a short route walkthrough. That is where Office Ready Robot selling starts. A rep does not need to explain every sensor, payload, software layer, or feature on the first call. The rep needs to secure enough time to walk the customer’s space, identify one repeatable route, and determine whether a robot fits the environment.

The Cricket Continuum will connect that appointment motion to CORR, the Cricket Office-Ready Robot path for dealer sales, discovery, demo, ROI, service readiness, and support.

Dealers already understand machine placement, leasing, field service, dispatch, contracts, renewals, and customer trust. Office Ready Robots extend that operating model into physical automation.

The June 25 session gives attendees one useful appointment structure they can take back to the sales floor. It also introduces the larger membership path inside The Cricket Continuum, including CORR certification, Continuum Training, Powered by Kingston, affiliate participation, TWAIN and twAIn Robotics relationship opportunities, and DCA/r development around usage-based robotics billing.
