The presentation, delivered to an audience of industry professionals and dealers, aimed to showcase Toshiba’s strategic direction and highlight the potential benefits of Ai-driven tools for its dealer network.

Toshiba’s Elevate Sky cloud platform was presented as a core component of its Ai strategy, with executives stating that the system monitors over 200,000 devices daily and processes two terabytes of data to enhance predictive maintenance. According to the company, its predictive service model has achieved 70% accuracy in forecasting device failures, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
Additionally, Toshiba discussed Ai’s role in managed print services (MPS), citing 33,000 proactive service calls and 166,000 firmware updates performed remotely in the past six months. This capability, they argue, enhances service efficiency and customer experience.
