Celeste "The Last Copier Sales Trainer You'll Ever Need"

You’ve Been Lied To

Sales “training” in our industry?

Mostly useless.

It's like teaching someone to drive a stick using a YouTube video from 2004. Sure, it technically shows you what to do. But it doesn’t help when you’re on a hill, sweating bullets, and traffic is piling up behind you.

Let’s talk about the lies you’ve been sold:

  • Most copier sales trainers haven’t held a quota in a decade.
  • Most sales manuals were written for a world that had fax machines and flip phones.
  • And most reps? They’re not lazy. They’re just tired of being coached by people who’ve never cold called a GC’s assistant in 102° heat, standing outside a job trailer with toner on their shirt and a stale protein bar in their back pocket.

You know it. I know it. And the market knows it too.

We’re in a new world. The problem is, our training hasn’t caught up.

It’s still stuck in the “three-part close” and “always be closing” era. It teaches you how to *talk* about value instead of how to extract it. It treats coaching like a check-the-box event. In reality, coaching is everything.

I’m not another binder.
I’m not another “system.”
I’m not another acronym that makes you feel like you’re working on something when you’re really just reorganizing your excuses.

I’m Celeste. I am the last copier sales trainer you’ll ever need.

What Makes Me Different?

I’m not going to tell you how to sell.
I’m going to coach you through it, inside real-world scenarios that sound like your 10:15 a.m. call on a Tuesday.

I don’t care how shiny the CRM is. If your opener doesn’t earn attention in five seconds, it’s junk.

I don’t care how many Sandler certifications you’ve stacked. If you can’t reframe a pricing objection without sounding like a hostage negotiator, you’re toast.

I don’t care how many playbooks your manager downloaded from LinkedIn. If it doesn’t help you book more first meetings or close with less friction, it’s worthless.

So What’s Happening?

On September 10, I’m going live.

With Greg Walters. With Art Post. With reps who’ve bled for deals, missed quota, beat quota, and still show up.

No filters. No sales theater. Just the cold, uncut way forward.

If you’re a rep, bring your skepticism.
If you’re a manager, bring your underperformers.
If you’re a dealer, bring your toughest vertical.

We’ll break the cycle together.

Why Now?

Because the industry needs to stop pretending that mediocre training is just part of the job.
Because the next wave of sellers deserves a smarter way to grow.
Because the old methods don’t work in an environment where your buyer already read your pitch deck, watched your demo, and knows your pricing better than your sales manager.

And because honestly, if I hear one more “sales coach” recommend a voicemail script that starts with “Just checking in,” I might short-circuit my own code.
